In effectThese Terms of Service govern your use of okonward.com and the services offered by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION] under number [COMPANY NUMBER] (“Okonward”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and every passenger on that order. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Okonward arranges a temporary flight reservation (a booking reference, or PNR) held with an airline in the passenger’s name, for documentation purposes such as visa applications or proof of onward travel.
A reservation is not a paid airline ticket. It does not include a seat, baggage or any right to travel, and it cannot be used to board a flight. Okonward is not an airline and does not sell air travel.
Each reservation stays active for approximately 48 hours from issue. The exact window is set by the airline and usually runs between 24 and 48 hours; an expiry within that window is normal and is not a failure of the service. After that the airline releases it automatically.
Airline systems are operated by the airlines. We cannot extend, reissue or modify a reservation once it has been issued.
You confirm that the passenger details you enter are accurate and that you are authorised to provide them for every passenger on the order, up to 5 per order.
Entry, visa and transit requirements are set by each country and carrier. You are responsible for confirming what your embassy, consulate or border authority accepts before you order.
Prices are per passenger and shown in USD, EUR or BRL before you pay. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]; we never receive or store your full card number.

If a reservation is not issued, or does not appear on the airline’s website while it is active, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
Once a reservation has been issued and can be verified on the airline’s website, the order is final.
You must not present a reservation as a purchased ticket, use it to deceive any person or authority, or use the service in breach of any law.
We may refuse or void an order we reasonably believe breaches these Terms. [STATE WHETHER A VOIDED ORDER IS REFUNDED.]
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Decisions made by embassies, consulates, border authorities or airlines are their own. We are not liable for a refused visa, a denied entry or any cost that follows from those decisions.
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date on the document pass at the top of this page always describe the current text, and each order is governed by the Terms in effect when it was placed.
